Job Description:

Kratos is a trusted global satellite ground systems, communications monitoring, RF interference detection and network management company. Kratos is in the process of evolving and growing our SATCOM enterprise service management product offerings to better serve our government customer base. 

We have an opportunity for a Customer Support (RMA) Coordinator

Kratos is seeking a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Coordinator. This position is in our Customer Support Department which is a fast-paced, technically-oriented environment. The RMA Coordinator serves as a primary interface with customers in the issuance and tracking of RMAs, responding to E-mail and phone requests for support. Upon receipt of an RMA, the RMA Coordinator ensures the equipment is properly inspected and delivered to the appropriate engineer for repair. After repair, the RMA Administrator, ensures all documentation is properly completed and arranged for the shipment of equipment to our customers. This person works closely with Kratos engineers, shipping and receiving personnel, quality assurance and IT to ensure customers requirements are met.

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer support skills, the ability to exercise sound judgment within established procedures to obtain solutions, excellent phone etiquette and diplomacy, as well as effective interpersonal skills. The candidate needs to be organized and detailed in daily work processes, have a proven ability to work with minimal supervision, and to effectively multitask and prioritize workload to meet changing business needs.


Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree or equivalent experience

Strong organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills




Minimum 4 years experience in a product center environment


Customer support experience (preferably in a technical or engineering environment)


Database management experience is a plus


U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
