The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the review, drafting and finalization of commercial contract documents, customer order processing, obtaining signatures or approvals, complying with Accounting requirements, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Works closely and collaboratively with Contracts, Accounting and Sales team members. Offers expertise and guidance to contract, sales, operations, and program management staff on contractual issues and collaborates with accounting staff to correctly identify and address Accounting-related issues on customer orders. Offers guidance on contractual matters and complies with all applicable company policies and procedures. Reports on unexecuted contracts and maintains active status of contracts. This position will be located at our Lanham, Maryland office.
