KFED seeks a Services Delivery Software Developer to support the delivery of Services contracts. This position will lead and execute the generational transformation of legacy NOC Service Delivery systems. The Services Delivery Software Developer will support a wide range of Services customer needs including:
Evaluating, designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions providing proactive Radio Frequency (RF) satellite communications (SATCOM) monitoring for Quality of Service (QoS), Interference Detection / Characterization, Bandwidth Utilization, and Geolocation of Signals of Interest
Evaluating, designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions providing RF passive ranging, maneuver detection, custody, and precision ephemeris solutions
Transitioning KGSN and customer digital data processing functions from legacy applications and bare-metal, on-premise hosting to cloud based high availability compute environments
Visualizing complex SATCOM and Space / Orbital environments into actionable “single pane of glass” solutions to enable rapid decision-making by NOC Analysts and customers
Modernizing and where feasible automating NOC workflows for customer facing ticket generation and updates, customer support portal activities, and NOC monitoring system configuration.
Integrating existing and new KGSN capabilities with the Kratos Spectral Services (KSS) Network Operations Center (NOC) to deliver turnkey managed services
Support successful proposal efforts and capture management strategies for complex customer solutions integrating multiple Kratos and third-party offerings to meet customer needs
